NISSTECH (RC 8151632) is a software company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria, at 33, Primate Ayodele Crescent, Lagos. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number and project details when you fill in our enquiry form, or when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver and support any work you engage us for. We will not add you to marketing lists without your permission, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers that help us run our business (for example, email and website hosting), and only as far as they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at newman@nisstech.co.
